Disability & Visual Awareness Training for Hotels & Hospitality

Delivering inclusive, accessible guest experiences for everyone

Today’s guests expect more than comfort and convenience—they expect to feel welcomed, respected, and understood. For disabled guests, especially those who are blind or partially sighted, the smallest detail can have the biggest impact on their stay.

At Blind Ambition, we help hotels and hospitality providers develop the awareness, confidence, and practical skills needed to deliver outstanding, inclusive service. Our training is led by lived experience and tailored to the real-life environments your staff work in—from reception desks to concierge services, room design to events.

Why Inclusion Matters in Hospitality

  • Over 14 million people in the UK live with a disability—many of them travel, dine, and attend events

  • Accessibility is now a key decision factor for guests choosing where to stay or book events

  • Inclusive service improves guest satisfaction, staff morale, and legal compliance under the Equality Act 2010

And as shown in Accenture’s Disability Inclusion Imperative, businesses that prioritise inclusion are:

  • 2x more likely to outperform competitors

  • 1.6x more profitable in revenue

  • More innovative, trusted, and resilient

Inclusive hospitality isn’t just good PR—it’s good business.
