Eligibility Criteria
To receive a free Alexa device, the recipient must meet the following criteria:
- Resident in the UK
- Living with sight loss
- Over the age of eight
- Receives Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Adult Disability Payment (ADP) in Scotland, or a means-tested benefit (or parent/guardian if under 18).
