Six-week Confidence and Resilience course for adults who are blind or partially sighted

BlindAmbition would like to invite you to join our online 6-week confidence and resilience course starting in February 2023. The course includes six two-hour interactive workshops based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques.
