Seema's review: Easy Reader Service

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to RNIB for allowing me to access the RNIB Easy Reader service. Since I lost my eyesight I have not been able to enjoy any books at all but with this new service, it all changed. All you have to do is call the RNIB on 0303 1239999 and they are able to assist you

I was feeling a little apprehensive so the RNIB operator stayed on the phone whilst I create a Dolphin account. An email was sent to me and then I was able to login using my smart phone . It was a very quick, easy turnaround and for the past couple of weeks I have been able to download books, newspapers and magazines. A brilliant way to pass the surplus time we have on our hands during Lockdown and a way to create inclusivity.
